Fora North Park

Enter a haven of lush greenery, where open spaces inspire unexpected connections. Fora was built around breathing room. Instead of stacking units wall to wall, the architects carved intentional voids into the building, so every home opens onto light, air, and a sense of privacy that's rare in the city. Indoor and outdoor blur into one: wide openings, natural light from morning to evening, and greenery that feels less like landscaping and more like the neighbor you actually like.

Inside, the palette is quiet and considered. Raw, sculptural concrete meets warm oak finishes throughout, and the kitchens nod to modern European minimalism, with clean lines and appliances that disappear into the design until you need them. It's brutalism softened for daily life: honest materials, nothing wasted, everything comfortable. For someone who notices the details, this is home.

"Our approach to architecture is to search for that intimate connection between space and the human being," says JSI Studio, Fora's architect. "We hope that by setting an example through our work, we can inspire others to make a deeper connection with nature and instinctively seek to protect and preserve it." At Fora, that connection isn't a concept. It's where you live.
